We are seeking a commercially astute and inspirational General Manager to lead the prestigious InterContinental Cascais-Estoril — a refined coastal sanctuary perched along Portugal’s most coveted seafront promenade, just west of Lisbon. This distinguished 59-key luxury retreat offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, an acclaimed signature restaurant and bar, curated meeting spaces, an indulgent full-service spa, and both indoor and outdoor pools. With direct access to the glamour of Estoril, the charm of Cascais, the wild beauty of Guincho Beach, and the heritage of Sintra, this role demands a leader with an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for luxury hospitality, and a proven ability to drive commercial excellence. - Lead the Pre-Opening of InterContinental Eden: Oversee the seamless development of the upcoming InterContinental Eden building, ensuring every detail upholds our refined brand standards and contributes to long-term commercial success.
- Build and Nurture High-Impact Relationships Act as a key ambassador for the hotel, cultivating strategic partnerships with owners, guests and the wider community to drive influence and visibility.
