We’re looking for a designer who’s fluent in the visual language of social media and performance marketing. Someone who knows how to design assets that don’t just look good — they convert.

We’re looking for a designer who’s fluent in the visual language of social media and performance marketing. Someone who knows how to design assets that don’t just look good — they convert.
What you’ll do:
- Design static and motion assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- Develop visuals in collaboration with influencers and content creators with large audiences
- Translate creative concepts into scroll-stopping visuals tailored for each platform
- Work closely with media and strategy teams to test variations and optimize for performance
- Stay on top of visual trends, platform-specific formats, and audience behavior
- Adapt influencer or UGC-style content into polished creative for paid campaigns
- Solid experience designing for social media and performance campaigns
- Strong portfolio showing work with influencers, large social pages, or DTC brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) – motion design is a big plus
- Understanding of visual storytelling for short-form content and mobile-first design
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Bonus: experience in creating content for A/B testing and rapid iteration
