Are you an French speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client. Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

️ Fluent French (C1/C2)

️ Good English communication skills (B2)

️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

️ Willingness to relocate to the Portugal

️ European Passport, no sponsorship provided

️ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
