YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The Corporate Process Management Office defines SAP-wide process management standards on how to design, document, measure, and improve processes in close alignment with Global E2E Process Owners, Process Officers, Process Owners, and Business Owners. The team ensures the company-wide application of these standards leveraging a community of experts, structured documentation, and continuous enablement.
We are heavily investing in enabling our internal customers to mine their processes (with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence) and gain unprecedented insights into their performance and improvement potentials.
Building on SAP's intelligent enterprise strategy, the mission of Business Process Intelligence is to assist our customers in navigating through their digital transformation and help them understand and improve their business processes in a data-driven way. With the acquisition of Signavio, a recognized and strong market leader in the process excellence and intelligence area, we are creating a comprehensive, end-to-end SAP Signavio offering for our internal customers. Our purpose is to help them innovate in an ever-changing world.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
- Provide Process Excellence Services, including Process Documentation, Enablement and Signavio 1st Level Support
- Provide enablement to internal SAP Signavio Suite to internal customers
- Certified Signavio Process Manager, Signavio Signal Scripting skills
- Act as a trusted advisor with C-Level management
- Manage stakeholder understanding and expectation regarding strategic initiatives outcomes; ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirement
- Enable collaboration across IES, P&I, and business units
- Bachelor/Master in Business Informatics or similar
- Advanced programming skills in various languages and frameworks: Signal, Python, C++, Java, VBA, C#, SQL, PyTorch, pandas, Django
- Prior experience as Signavio Process Management Specialist
- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams
- Experience in other LoB-related processes and organizations is a plus (such as Sales, Services, HR, P&I, Corp. Dev, etc.)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in English
