The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Analyst Intern to join our team — a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates ready to dive into the world of technical operations within a fast-paced, climate-focused environment.
In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our operations and engineering R&D teams, gaining invaluable hands-on experience as you assist with the preparation, assembly, maintenance and support of mechanical and electronic components. You'll learn industry best practices while contributing to projects that drive sustainable change.

You will be responsible for:
- Operations Support: Help out operations team in preparing and organizing components, parts and materials required for various projects.
- Prototyping & Testing: Work alongside our engineering R&D team to test and provide feedback on innovative component operation and suggest design improvements.
- Inventory Assistance: Assist in maintaining inventory records and monitoring supply levels to ensure project needs are met.
- Assembly & Maintenance: Assist in assembling and maintaining mechanical and electronic components under the supervision of experienced technicians, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Supplier Coordination: Support the procurement process by collaborating with suppliers and helping to source necessary components.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a technical certification or degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Basic hands-on experience related to electronics assembly, testing or maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or lines of activity simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret instruction manuals, technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
- Availability and mobility to travel to physical locations in Lisbon for intervention and maintenance if needed.
- Basic understanding of telecommunication technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly tools and 3D CAD design is a plus.
