Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to define functional specificationsCreate and maintain detailed functional documentationDevelop test cases and perform functional testingAssist in the implementation and configuration of software solutionsSupport end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phaseProvide ongoing support and training to usersParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspectsWork closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutionsConduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleMinimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sectorStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residencyAvailability to work from the office twice a week Nice to Have: Knowledge of Azure DevOpsRelevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAPExperience with Agile methodologiesFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle If you want to be part of a real People First organization, join us!
