What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze key information
- Monitor ads and flag inappropriate content or links
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Triage requests from various entities
- Facilitate clear and timely communication with partners
- Support the presence of relevant, meaningful content across platforms
- Respond to inquiries via email with empathy, precision, and professionalism
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely solutions
- Native Hebrew and fluent English (C1 level minimum)
- Background in compliance or legal partnerships is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage
- Strong written communication and customer support skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for quality support
- Ability to manage large volumes of online content with attention to detail
- Motivation, positivity, and a collaborative spirit
- Valid European citizenship or a work permit for Portugal
