We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support the Fractional CMO in rolling out strategic marketing initiatives across Find.co and its portfolio brands. This role will act as a cross-functional link between revenue, content, and commercial teams, driving campaigns, optimising performance, and ensuring execution is aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hybrid environments and knows how to balance strategic insight with operational excellence.

- Support the Principal Advisor/Fractional CMO in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies across owned and partner channels
- Collaborate with content leads, SEO, and commercial stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Set up and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, partnerships, social) with a strong focus on performance
- Make sure we Track KPIs, monitor analytics, and prepare dashboards or performance reports that inform business decisions
- Assist in the launch of new initiatives, and verticals (e.g., Crypto tools, gambling affiliate products, media partnerships)
- Contribute to brand positioning, Act as a project manager on marketing tasks, ensuring things move forward on time and on brief
- Has 3-5 years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing
- Has worked in a media, affiliate, or digital content business, crypto and/ or iGaming background is a strong plus
- Understands the mechanics of traffic acquisition, lead funnels, and content monetization
- Communicates clearly, proactively, and loves a good deadlineIs data-savvy, results-oriented, and always looking for optimisations
- Enjoys wearing many hats and can manage ambiguity with a sense of ownership
